House of Waterford Crystal

Location: Waterford
Main Contractor: Mythen Construction, Co. Wexford
Engineer: Frank Fox & Associates, Waterford

This was a 2 story development for Clients Waterford City Council of a 5,000m2 facility including a Prestige Factory, Administration building, a Retail Store, Exhibition Area and a café. F&M Whelan were in charge of the supply, manufacture and fitting of 100 tonnes of structural steel work as well as all roof and side cladding and associated flashings for this project.
