This development consists of over 15000 sq m of office park built on approx 2 hectares (5 acres) in Rathfarnham, Dublin. The development was built in three phases in which there were 55 units constructed in six separate blocks. F&M Whelan supplied manufactured and fitted the roof steel structures and external cladding for the office park.
The retail unit, which is located at the front of the development, is a steel portal frame structure with a curved clad roof feature. Approximately 120 tonnes of structural steel was manufactured and fitted for the retail park. We also fabricated and fitted the entrance canopy for the building.
