Wicklow Town Community College

The project was part of the second bundle of PPP schools projects to be delivered under the Department’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme. The building ranges from single storey to three storeys in height. Accommodation comprises of 25 classrooms, 38 specialist classrooms, special needs unit, library, staff/administration areas, sports hall, store areas, toilets and ancillary areas. F&M Whelan manufactured and erected approximately 140 tonnes of structural steel to this project as well as galvanised handrails and other ancillary steel works.
