This project involved the expansion to the existing manufacturing facility at Bausch & Lomb, Waterford, to provide for increased production & storage facilities & alterations & upgrading of the services infrastructure. A new warehouse facility providing loading, trailer and waste bays and new cold room and prism facilities were included in the works. F&M Whelan were responsible for the supply, manufacture and fitting of 210 tonnes of structural roof steel, purlins, roof plant steel, open grid flooring, walkways, handrails and stairs for this development.
